I am a builder who has done multiple homes in Newport Beach. I have used a different architect but was constantly disappointed. I asked other builders and city officials for references. Bill’s name constantly came up. I interviewed him and he took me to multiple job sites. I was very impressed. When it came to the design - wow! What a difference an architect makes. His design was incredible and I couldn’t have been happier. Correspondingly, I am accustomed to making a number of changes out in the field once I can physically see the plans come to fruition. I have never had a project have so few changes because Bill thought of virtually everything and incorporated them seamlessly into his layout and design. And as a builder time is unbelievably important to me. I want to get plans through the city as fast as possible. Bill’s extensive knowledge along with his relationship with city officials is unmatched and he was able to get the plans through incredibly quickly with minimal corrections.
